SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more to Canada & United States!

The TBQ brand of products ship to Canada and the United States. Charges will be shown as “InnerSeasonings Int. Inc.” and not as TBQ.  Shipping costs are automatically calculated and visible prior to submitting your order.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible. We offer a variety of payment options including credit card and PayPal methods during checkout.

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

*Due to a high volume of orders there might be slight shipment delays, but rest assured we are processing orders as quickly as we can.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns, however we do offer refunds or replacements for faulty items.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items you received and notify us of any damage within 30 days, along with a photo of the damage or defect. If you’d like a refund or replacement, please reach out to us and provide as much information as possible, including your order number and a photo of the faulty item(s). We will either refund you for the item(s) or ship you a replacement promptly.

We will not be able to provide replacements or refunds on items damaged intentionally. No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after the receipt of your order, or if the product shows any evidence of prior use or alteration.
